Warm-Up
50 Jumping Jacks
20 Prisoner Squats
10 Lunges each Leg
Handstand Hold 10 sec
Jog in Place 30 sec
Repeat
Main Workout
Pause one minute in between sets
Regular Pushups - Fully Lock out arms - 2 sets
Pause at top Pushups - pause 3 sec - 2 sets
Pause at bottom Pushups - pause 3 sec - 2 sets
Pause at top and bottom Pushups - pause 3 sec - 2 sets
Bottom half pushups - only go up halfway - 2 sets
Top half pushups - only go down halfway - 2 sets
Repeat circuit in reverse
Beginner: 10 reps each set
Intermediate: 20 reps each set
Advanced: 30+ reps each set
